Forensic analysis analysis and expert testimony requires not only analytical skills but also the ability to articulate opinions so they are easily understood by a lay person in a jury. This is a skill that is honed years of testimony in depositions and trials. I have testified in over 65 State and Federal cases regarding injury biomechanics, ergonomics / human factors, human error and work physiology. My experience comes from decades of hands on experience in industrial settings and testimony ranging from small county court houses to the United States Federal Court House in downtown Manhattan, NY.
